„Values create trust.” A nice formulation – but is this sentence also being lived? Sermons are preached every sunday…

The Bible says: „You will be able to tell who they are by what they do, not by what they say.” In that regard, parlance says: „Actions speak louder than words.”.

Our values are our fundament, but everything depends on our actions. There are many opportunities to convert values into actions. One of them is my axiom of the tenth. My wife and I invest 10% of our mu- tual income on the society we live in. However, the, what I call “value-based acting”, goes many steps further. I would like to “act in the name of love, in the society I live in” – and to be a role model and sup- porter of the society and serve it as a human being, husband, father, author, entrepreneur and business partner, social entrepreneur and reformer. To serve the next, no matter who that is and where that “next” might be right now.

From my point of view, this creates trust and thus values.
