My origin is the carpentry. With six years already I wanted to become a carpenter. So I became an ap- prentice with 15 years of age, journeyman 3 years later and reached my master’s with 25. Again 3 years later I was executive of the “Neuberger Schreinerei” and with 33 finally independent entrepre- neur.

The “Neuberger Parkett- und Fußbodentechnik” (a parquet and flooring company) joined in 1999 – and for me the task of being an execu- tive emerged. In 2000 Stephan Doll and I mutually founded the “Voss AG” serving as a holding for the trade contractors and as an employee involved Stock Corpora- tion.

In 2004, another entrepreneur was asking for my advice – what from a new tasked emerged of, leading to the “Voss & Partner Consultancy”. Since, I consult and accompany entrepreneurs and companies in change management in cooperation with Werner Makella.

For me, being an entrepreneur means living in freedom with the greates scope for design. I focus on delivering products and services for people – to their favour and in order to trigger gratification and en- thusiasm. That makes working on something worth it.
